1. This was caused by a problem with an ISP used by the data center where the servers are hosted. In the years we have provided this data feed, there has never been an incident like this and we are told this is not expected to happen again. Specifically this was from Barchart who hosts the data servers: We had a traffic spike this AM and consequent problems with one of our ISP's causing delay and slow response for users connecting to servers in our datacenter. That was remedied about 1115 AM Central and we do not believe it should recur. Apologies for your users experiencing delay. 2. Under no circumstances, would we ever do anything like that. And it is very surprising such a question is even being asked. If this is your expectation, then please cancel the data feed which will be effective at the end of this month.
