This problem is now corrected.

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps

After that is done go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Press Yes and Yes.
