It is very unlikely there is something wrong with this. Copy and paste here the particular Alert Line in the Alerts Log you are using the Go to Chart function with. And what is the starting Date-Time of the two last bars in the chart? You can determine this with the Tools >> Chart Values tool. Update: After we read what you wrote again, we realize we misunderstood it. What you see is normal. The bar with the matching Date-Time becomes the last bar in the the chart.
