How many CPU cores does your system have?. When we connected your system, in the task manager it indicated 8 cores. Is it 4 cores and you have hyperthreading? If so, try disabling the hyperthreading on your system. We do not really think this is related, but just a suggestion. For now, what we recommend doing is going to Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download to a small number like 15. Please keep this very small for now. If the data is still coming in very slowly, contact IQ Feed. We definitely view this problem as something external. However, there was one problem where the multistage download was not functioning as expected and we are looking into that later today. We do not see this as related though.
