I opened Sierra Chart, and it will not connect, then I get this message which opened up in a new web browser:

"You have 1 updated Account Support Ticket(s).

-Your usage time has ended. You are in Free Mode.

-Notice: Your account has 0 days of usage time left.

You can purchase more usage time by selecting Help >> Add Usage Credit on the menu. If you cannot make a payment, use the Emergency Account Activation feature on your account. After going to that page you will see this link available. "


Please can you assist in rectifying this situation.
