Hi, I'm not SierraChart Support but I'll suggest looking in your Windows Event Viewer (under Admin Tools) > Windows Logs > Application... Then see if you can find any error message relating to SierraChart.exe An example below of what an error report looks like. You might not find one, or it might look different, but you might get some useful information from it. Application: SierraChart_CTS.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.OutOfMemoryException Stack: at System.Text.StringBuilder.ExpandByABlock(Int32) at System.Text.StringBuilder.Append(Char*, Int32) at System.Text.StringBuilder.AppendHelper(System.String) at System.Text.StringBuilder.Append(System.String) at System.Text.StringBuilder.AppendFormat(System.IFormatProvider, System.String, System.Object[]) at System.String.Format(System.IFormatProvider, System.String, System.Object[]) at System.String.Format(System.String, System.Object[]) at T4.Connections.Connection.GetDescription() at T4.Connections.Connection.RaiseDisconnected(System.Object) at System.Threading.QueueUserWorkItemCallback.WaitCallback_Context(System.Object) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object, Boolean) at System.Threading.QueueUserWorkItemCallback.System.Threading.IThreadPoolWorkItem.ExecuteWorkItem() at System.Threading.ThreadPoolWorkQueue.Dispatch() at System.Threading._ThreadPoolWaitCallback.PerformWaitCallback() |
