It could not have been anything we had done because Sierra Chart has no involvement with the real-time TD Ameritrade data feed. The Support Board is the best real-time communication. And if there was an issue with the Sierra Chart data feed itself, we would have been on top of it very quickly. Within a matter of minutes. A problem like what you are describing is not within our control and it would not necessarily help to deliver a faster response because we cannot directly solve the problem but only analyze it and give the best information we can about it.
