We can tell more precisely where the problem is. Install the latest prerelease. If you already have the prerelease version, download and install it again because we made a revision to it. Beside the Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study button there is a checkbox "Debug Log". Enable this. Press the Add Custom Study button. The necessary logging will be saved to a file in the Logs subfolder of the Sierra Chart folder with a filename format similar to this: Message Log 2015-07-04 104051.log Attach this file here and we will see what the problem is.
