Using two Sierra Chart instances separately opn separate PC's, one direct from Sierra Package3, & one through AMP / CQG using CQG/FIX connection/ symbols & SC pkg 3 also. We started with them 3 weeks ago. I have the same problem as the poster above. The documentation page is not clear enough. What "separately paid for service" do you mean? I told AMP to add the DOW INDEXES $5/Mo feed. They said it is done. I need it added to the CQG- Sierra Chart broker feeds. It does not work for any DOW symbol, with or without $ in front. If AMP Futures handles the Sierra Platform on that, what else should I do? Doesn't that include the Sierra Feed I need the feed via CQG, and to have all the DOW INDEXES as here https://www.djindexes.com/ So far, it doesn't work for any symbols relating to DOW Indexes. Please clarify. Thanks |
