After the Chartbook is saved, and Sierra Chart is restarted, you will need to open the saved Chartbook through File >> Open Chartbook. Are you doing that? If not, and that solves the problem and you want the Chartbook opened automatically then this be done through Global Settings >> General Settings >> Files to Open on Start up.
