All charts that are visible are contained within a single Chartbook. You do not save them individually. If you do, then you will have multiple Chartbooks and when you open one of them, it will only contain one chart, assuming you saved each chart under a different name. Once you are done setting up the charts the way you require you simply go to File >> Save and this is all.
