We cannot duplicate the problem using the file that you uploaded and there is very little that can go wrong with this. At the moment we have no other reports of this and as we sat there is not much that can go wrong.

Exit from Sierra Chart and make a backup of the existing TradeActivityLog.DAT file. And delete that file.

Submit some orders in Trade Simulation Mode. Restart Sierra Chart. Do you still see them in the Trade Activity Log?
