I keep getting a system message "-Notice: Your Additional Service Balance of 2.75 USD is too low to cover next months fee of 38.25 USD for the monthly billed features for your Sierra Chart account. You will need to make a payment of 35.5 USD. Enable/Disable Account Features.". I made one payment of $35.50. Then I got the message again, so I thought the payment did not go through. I made another. 1. Can you please credit the 2nd payment back to my card? 2. Why do I keep getting that message? Thanks. -Steve |
