It is the payment processor 2 Checkout, based in Ohio , which uses an Asian account. Sierra Chart is not in Asia. When you have paid for Sierra Chart previously, did you not notice a 3% fee? It is hard to avoid the cross-border fee, because we do not have a US-based account. We have looked at ways around this, but so far we have found no solution. One processor we use Gate 2 Shop has long promised establishing a US account but as of yet has not yet done that.
