There are two problems here. This is one of the problems:

This could be a problem with the OEC server or with your Internet connection. Either way we do not have control over it.

We also see this which should not be happening:

Symbol Error - ESU5 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Exchange not authorized. | 2015-06-15 15:35:34


Could you restart Sierra Chart and connect to the data feed and post a copy of the Message Log again after about 20 seconds. So we can see if this is still happening and if it is, we will solve the problem.
