http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1434089622623.png I suspected there was an easy fix for, or simple reasoning behind this issue. Your response is perplexing. Many charts of the ESU5-CME (September E-mini S&P 500 futures) showed a tail higher than 2100 yesterday morning. This is why I sent through the above copy of a chart that showed only a tail at 2100. Upon review, it looks that in the time period just after 8:10 am on 6/10/2015 the market moved above 2100 (see attached shot with red horizontal line to reference price at just after 8:10) I am missing something and hopefully its something obvious and I'm a dunce. Why would these values vary in charts of the same underlying contract? Now I am curious why higher readings than the official high you mention showed up on my charts assuming 2100 is indeed the proper high. Super perplexed and intrigued customer. Note for reference that this is the first time I have posted to Sierra Chart support. |
