OK we have started to look at this. We cannot duplicate the problem you describe in the first post. The Trade Activity Log file you provided contained a large amount of data you which we were able to view. And also new trade activity data was saved to that file and was maintained after restarting Sierra Chart. In regards to the last post, this would indicate the fill data you are expecting to see is not in the Trade Activity Log. The only thing we can think of is that possibly the TradeActivityLog.DAT file is set to read-only. Maybe you could take a copy that file, and delete the original one and use that copy. The copy you gave us did work properly. From our perspective it is very confusing when you are using All Symbols and All Accounts. It is much better to use specific settings for a symbol and see if the particular data that you want is actually in the Trade Activity Log by looking at the first tab.
