OK we did not realize you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Therefore remove the Username and Password for market data from Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings. This is the reason for the disconnection: CQG FIX Trading | Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Logon failed: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart client application. However, in the first post that you posted, there is no connection problem. So we are not aware of what the issue is.
