We are not aware this should be happening 10 times a day. That would seem more like an Internet connection problem on your side.

Earlier today, we did disconnect users from one server because there was a packet loss problem on that server and we transferred them to the other server.

The reason you see bars based on a Number of Trades that look slightly different after a re-download of data is due to the packet loss problem which we are working on resolving. There is no reason why a chart would look any different after a reconnect to the data feed. That is not even possible. There must be a misinterpretation on your side.

If you re-download the data in the chart for the day by right clicking on the chart at the beginning of the day and select Delete and Download Data, correct data will be downloaded at this time.
