Hey Guys, I’m not sure if you guys remember, but a while ago we started having problems with the charts package, meaning that to this day we can connect normally to the trading platform but the charts have a connectivity problem, they won’t connect. We thought that it was some kind of setup within the connection but it seems that it has to do with the internet provider. Please send us the sierra charts tech specs to be able to send them to the internet provider to solve the issue. Thanks Jose |
