Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Make sure the Password is set correctly. Contact FXCM if you are not sure what it is.

For this message, this is unfortunate. The FIX server is thinking there still is a connection when there is not. We recommend waiting a few minutes trying again. It really should drop the connection within 30 seconds since there is no heartbeat. Sierra Chart uses a default heartbeat interval of 30 seconds.

And based upon the first message which we listed above it should have closed the connection immediately after sending the log out message. But it did not.
