With the way that you describe it, it is 100% certain the trading backend is holding that order. Please contact your broker and have them investigate this more thoroughly. Sierra Chart is not going to display an order on a whole different system, if it does not exist on the trading server. It might not actually be working, but this is going to be a server-side issue.
