Hi, I am trying to run SC on my new computer (Windows 7). The install seems to work fine since all the files are downloaded ( I see the folder in the C-drive) and I see the icons. However, when I hit the SC to run the program does not start no matter how many times I click or restart my computer. I have also downloaded the MSFT redistribution package from the link below as requested in the installation help page. This has not helped.Please help.
