Hi, I had to reformat my hard drive and reload the SC software. Still have issues getting a data connection. I checked with OEC who gave the following feed back; I do not see successful connections from Sierra Chart but the user is enabled on my end. I would double check credentials, make sure server is set to prod.openecry.com. If still unsuccessful, have the user reach out to Sierra Charts. That's from OEC Tech. Maybe the server is not set correctly. And then further feedback after they reviewed login; One thing I noticed is this line at the beginning: USAGE TIME HAS ENDED. SIERRA CHART IS IN FREE MODE. FEATURES ARE RESTRICTED. THEN YOU HAVE YOUR CURRENT SERVICE PACKAGE DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS FUNCTION. Can you please review and let me know what the fix is?
