This is not due to a window or graphics card problem. It is due to a faulty DLL file.

No need to reinstall anything.

Go to the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder for the instance of Sierra Chart you are having a problem with and move out all of the DLL files in that folder into a backup folder other than UserContributedStudies.dll
