Thanks for your reply. I have tried everything suggested but nothing worked. I only have windows firewall and it wouldn't work with it off or in safe mode. Adding the programs to the firewall safe list didn't help either. I should have explained that the program was working earlier last week on the same network and to my knowledge nothing has changed since. I checked with OEC and there are no issues on their side. Please advise next steps Thanks Aaron |
