Your suggestion to read "Note about Runup, Drawdown, Maximum Open Position Profit/Loss, Highest/Lowest Price During Positions fields: For these values to be accurate and contain nonzero values, it is necessary that Sierra Chart is running and connected to the data feed during the entire life of the Non-Simulated (Live) Trade Positions that these fields are for". MY COMMENTS: This trade was taken in REAL TIME and with real money and connected until the trade was complete, therefore this little bit of a definition does not apply here.. Sierra charts support has to do better than this to help resolve this issue. looking forward to your response..... |
