We see this problem. This will need to be sorted out in the morning US time. The problem is you activated the Sierra Chart Exchange data feed and the EUREX exchange during US Chicago time at the end of March.

In regards to the exchange, there should have been a notice, that you would be charged the exchange fee until the end of March and then again in April. We will verify that.
