$0.58 per minute just to get help on how to use the software that I already "rent". ??! wow. Maybe I'm being cheap here...but it seems a bit ridiculous especially since I cant get straight answers to some of my questions here. Are they trying to course me into buying service ?? It's like they give one simple answer...usually a link to the documentation...and it often is not enough to actually help me understand it... and then when I need clarification, or further discussion about it....there is nobody there. It's like they disappear. I apologize if I'm begin rude at all...I really don't mean to complain. I hate complaining... I seriously dislike conflict...but I need this software to work.
