We have not heard of this kind of problem before and we did a test now and did not see it. We will need to get your Chartbook and test it. It has a CHT file extension. The Chartbooks can be viewed by opening File >> Open Chartbook and are located in that folder. Send the chart book to support AT Sierra Chart.com.
