Can you make sure you do not have a copy of Sierra Chart on the same machine or another computer trying to connect to your CTS T4 account with an incorrect Username. This would be the only explanation for what has happened. Or maybe you have the CTS T4 trading software connecting with incorrect Username. Otherwise, this does not make sense for this to occur.
