My ADSL modem-router did not work properly, and the Internet connection periodically was interrupted.

I received a message "Too many failed login attempts: Your username has been locked out" at the time when I was connected to the server. All this time, there was the green connection indicator in the upper right corner, and there was no Server Connection Lost Alert.

The Reconnect on Failure box in the Data/Trade Service Setting windows was unchecked. I did not do any attempts to connect or reconnect to the server.

What can I do in the future to avoid blocking my username in the case of an unstable internet connection?

Sierra Chart version: 1220.
Data/Trade Service: CTS T4 Fix.
Enable FIX Logging box - checked.
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds box - checked.

Thank you in advance

Can you make sure you do not have a copy of Sierra Chart on the same machine or another computer trying to connect to your CTS T4 account with an incorrect Username. This would be the only explanation for what has happened.

Or maybe you have the CTS T4 trading software connecting with incorrect Username.

Otherwise, this does not make sense for this to occur.
