You do not need to copy any other files we did not mentioned in this thread, unless you need them. Chartbooks have a CHT file extension. Just remove the Chartbooks that you no longer use and then you will have only the remaining ones to copy. It is also possible for the user to make it more efficient just by writing a simple batch/script file to copy the files. The way that Sierra Chart handles this, is actually more user-friendly, stable and organized because there are just simple files that can be copied each with a specific purpose and where the files do not have a dependency upon each other. The problem with making this too easy, is that the user has no sense of what is going on at a lower level. What happens is when something goes wrong or there is some more specialized need, the user then has to go through greater effort to resolve the problem.
