Thanks. While some of those potential causes can be ruled out, I have already been through that. For example, what is "too much data to load"? This is very subjective, how much is too much? Besides, it used to work, nothing has been changed and suddenly it won't even respond when pressing any button on the menu for example. Nothing to do with too much data or content such as custom studies as I don't even get to go that far before it freezes.. Right clicking on a chart takes 30s, adding a study or just clicking "cancel" takes a minute when the platform is frozen.. |
