You did not have the US equities exchange activated but you did complete the agreements. We activated the US equities exchange on your account. Restart Sierra Chart. If you only intend to use Sierra Chart for US equities data then set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Exchange Data". To open a chart select File >> Find Symbol. The stock symbols will not be listed and you can manually enter a symbol into the Selected Symbol box. Did you also want to use CQG? If so you can set the Service to CQG and also use the US equities data feed at the same time simply by opening charts for stock symbols.
