We called and you had already resolved the problem by deleting and reinstalling Sierra Chart. It just occurred to us the why you still continued to have this problem even after following our instructions in regards to the DLL files. Probably the Tick Size was incorrect on the charts that were reloading. If you go to those charts and select Chart >> Chart Settings and press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button and then press OK, that would resolve the problem.
