This is possible to do with a combination of the Arithmetic studies. These are documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s272 Calculate the average between the two Subgraphs of High/Low for Time Period-Extended. Calculate the difference between the average and the bottom Subgraph. And that difference to the High and Subtract that difference from the Low. Also, with not a lot of difficulty you can just simply modify the study to meet your requirements.
