if you want to access this data you can add a TPO Value Area Lines Study to a regular bars chart that has the same sessions settings as your TPO chart and get the TPO VAH/POC/VAL from this chart. I personally write all the code that I need for TPO charts for regular 30m charts (my tpo brackets are usually 30m) because the indexing of the tpo charts is kind of complicated.
