Your comments are noted and we have made corrections. We suspect the underlying problem was something with security software on the users system. This is not correct: - An ‘OS’ Error message that was thrown because of an error in the SierraChart pre-release software which has now been resolved in a SierraChart software update
The user was on 1220 and they were getting :Rithmic Trading | Error creating the main object. Error message: os error | 2015-01-06 10:25:59 This was unrelated to an earlier issue with a prior prerelease. In an attempt to solve the problem the user updated to the pre-release but that installation did not complete properly because the Rithmic software did not shut down in time. Which then brought out a different problem which would not have occurred to begin with if the update did complete properly.
