We will give you a refund for that although that is provided at cost, and it is a loss to us. Previous to this, we did help you with the same subject previously and spent about an hour. And that is more than the time we have available. Sierra Chart does not have part of its business operations this level of support available. We have available time to have short session telephone support ,calls under 20 minutes, to help with basic operational issues or questions. We really do not have time to comprehensively explain a feature of the program and the documentation should be relied on. We can give someone basic guidance to use a feature if they are really lost. Working with IB options is not too difficult. You simply create the symbol, as we did previously for you and chart and trade it like any other symbol.
