Per request I had a telephone support yesterday that I was quite unhappy about. I requested the support because I wanted someone to take me through the process of using your trading chart and dome and answer my questions for trading EQUITY OPTIONS. The problem is the individual never seems to have enough time. This is the third time that I have asked for telephone support and the problem is always "not enough time."
