We see you are using CQG. There have been problems with the new CQG Web API. These are on the side of CQG. We are not happy with this API from CQG and we regret getting involved with it for trading. We recommend using FIX. Do the following: Update Sierra Chart following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate After the update set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to CQG FIX Trading.
