We do not see a problem with this drawing tool. Possibly there are out of order timestamps in the chart. Re-download the data with Edit >Delete All Data and Download. Also check the color settings for the drawing tool through Global Settings >> Tool Configs >> Parallel Rays. Make sure the colors are different than the background color.
