The problem with the stability of Parallel Rays when changing the chart scale has been solved in 1217 and also the printing issue as well. The printing issue had to do with the higher resolution of printers and a coordinate limitation that was programmed a long time ago to avoid Windows driver bugs which could cause a system lockup.
