There are couple of things you need to understand. The symbols you are looking at are outside the scope of typical Sierra Chart use. You are looking at futures contracts which have no rollover settings. We only define rollover settings for actively traded futures contracts. Not less common ones which you are looking at. The SC Historical Data service comes from an outside provider, Barchart. The only exception is Intraday data for actively traded futures contracts. For the Forex symbols you are looking at which have issues, these are less common symbols that hardly get looked at by our users. And these need to be reported to Barchart. We are not able to solve the data issues ourselves. For reliable Forex data use the Sierra Chart Forex Data Service: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SCRealTimeFOREX.php A lot of the issues you raise, take a considerable expense on our part to resolve and benefit only a single user. We are not going to define rollover settings for every futures contract you want to look at, unless you are willing to pay for the time on that at 50 USD per hour. Your futures charts can fail to show continuous This statement only applies to certain futures contracts which have no rollover settings. Also part of the problem is that most likely you are exceeding the daily historical data download limit. Otherwise, some of the issues you have have no other explanation. We will ask Barchart about the decimal point differences between their historical daily and Intraday data. We do not know if they will do anything about this. We will do our best to set the Price Display Format for the symbols you mentioned and make sure it is high enough to show all of the data. There is only so much help we can provide. Your account has 98 posts, and this kind of support does take a lot of our time and has a significant expense and it is for less common symbols.
