it's like the program does not keep accurate track of the ray drawings,
This could not be the case.The only reasonable explanation would be out of order timestamps if the Rays are not at the correct locations. Re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete Data and Download. When you have this problem what would help us, is to show us an image of the chart by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image It is possible to capture the chart as a graphic and then print that in another program.
