Make sure you have Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >>Include Columns with No Data unchecked. If it is unchecked, then select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. If you still see the problem, contact the particular service you are using Sierra Chart with. They are responsible for the data they provide to you.
