This is interesting: I still get a log message (c locale has changed) whenever I chose file>new intraday chart. This would indicate some sort of operating system issue . When we started hearing about this kind of problem in regards to the locale setting we have suspected it is operating system related. This has nothing to do with the high CPU usage though. In order for us to help us understand this better, copy those few lines around this message and paste them here. Use the Copy Selection button on the Message Log.
