While logged in on the laptop - the Sierra Acct Info and Management page has the correct date that the data will end - however, when I download Sierra and start the program, I get the message that there are 0 days remaining and that more usage time must be purchased. I am not sure how to log into the program differently as I just downloaded the software again once I made sure the correct dates are reflected in the Account Management info. Thanks for the help |
