AGN switched from Vision to Phillips Capital Friday evening, I was switched from Vision to Phillips today. My data/trade service with Vision was CTS, my data/trade service with Phillips is CTS. In the SC Data/Trade Service Settings window I have entered my new username and new password and changed the Firm name to Phillip (they said Phillip, not Phillips). I'm using 10443 for the HTTP SSl Proxy Port as per the CTS info in the SC help section. I have also checked Enable Fix Logging. When I start up SC, the message log does not appear as it normally does and I'm not receiving new data. What am I overlooking?
